Dr. Faisal Tai, MD
CEO
Faisal Tai, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist and founder of PsychPlus. He completed his training in Psychiatry at University of Iowa, where he served as President of GME serving over 800 residents/fellows. Due to working in over 50 different hospital and clinic settings, he was able to develop an intimate understanding of the journey of a mental health patient. During residency, he started working on an EHR solution for mental health and initially opened up his first clinic as a beta site for this EHR. Today, Dr. Tai leads the company’s strategy to scale across 50 states and function in a vertically integrated model, at the same time, providing vision for the software development to make sure it is solving practical problems in this space. He grew up in Houston, TX and enjoys running, soccer, volleyball and golf.
Irfan Ari Syed
COO
Irfan Ari Syed is an entrepreneurial, data-driven product and operations leader with over a decade of experience building digital health and wellness SaaS products. Prior to joining PsychPlus, he served as a senior manager at Amazon where he helped lead healthcare product strategy and AI data security. Over 10 years, he has built and delivered multiple EHR, patient portal, and telemedicine solutions. He is an expert in enterprise and consumer product management, agile software development, healthcare clinical operations, and market strategy. He also has a passion for government relations and serves as a member of the White House Advance team. He is a graduate of Texas State University and pursued graduate work at The University of Texas McCombs School of Business and at Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering. Irfan grew up in Austin, TX and enjoys competitive fencing, hiking and golf.
Bruce Hayden
CFO
Bruce Hayden is a true “healthcare CFO”. He has served in a multitude of healthcare CFO roles for privately held, private-equity backed, and publicly held companies with most companies growing from $20-30mm up to $250-350mm, in addition to larger companies in excess of $1bb in revenues. Bruce works primarily with high-growth companies, extrapolating best practices, and replicating them across multiple locations. Bruce began his career in public accounting and spent nearly ten years focusing on audit, tax, M&A, and advisory engagements among multiple industries, with primary focus in healthcare. Bruce has been married for over 25 years and has five children. He is a graduate of East Carolina University. Outside of work, Bruce has coached youth sports teams over many years (flag football and baseball are his favorites!) and is an avid golfer.
Cassandra Boduch, MD
CMO
Cassandra Boduch, MD is a psychiatrist with a passion for improving healthcare outcomes and enhancing patient experiences. After completing a rigorous medical education and training at Texas A&M College of Medicine she received her Medical Doctorate and embarked on a career dedicated to patient care, research, and advocacy. She completed her psychiatry residency at UTHealth Houston, focusing on treatment of personality disorders, mood disorders, and the specific psychiatric treatment of children and adolescents. Dr. Boduch has successfully navigated the dynamic healthcare landscape, keeping pace with technological advancements and evolving best practices. Her commitment to patient-centered care and dedication to improving healthcare outcomes have earned her recognition and admiration from peers and patients alike.
Shane Quint
CTO
Shane Quint has more than 17 years of senior management experience including 8 years as Chief Technology Officer and President of CereHealth, a healthcare technology company that provides a browser based clinical decision support and predictive analytics platform. Previously, Shane served as Chief Technology Officer of CereScan, a functional brain imaging and analytics clinic. Prior to that, he served as CTO of Education Sales Management, which was acquired by Xerox in 2011, and was a consultant to Kroger, United Artists Theaters, Level 3 Communications and US West. Shane currently resides in Littleton Colorado.
Brittney Cini
CRO
Brittney Cini, MBA, CPC is a results-oriented executive with extensive experience in the corporate and start-up healthcare industry, specializing in SaaS, clinical operations, product development, value-based care, and revenue cycle management. Prior to joining PsychPlus, Brittney served as the US Vice President of Practice Operations at Babylon Healthcare where she was responsible for a $133M dollar budget. She aided in the expansion of services across 12 states and implemented a 51 state provider network along with reducing the cost per consult by 25% and increasing provider utilization by 79%. Brittney has been married for 12 years and has two children. She received her undergraduate degree from Our Lady of the Lake College and her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. When Brittney isn’t working, she can be found watching her son play baseball or shopping with her daughter.
